1. Service-Based Nature

Our services are operational and infrastructure-based, including tank storage, cargo handling, and related logistics. Due to the nature of our business, refunds are not applicable once a storage reservation or service engagement has commenced or logistical arrangements have been put into motion.

2. Cancellation Before Commencement

Clients who wish to cancel a confirmed service before operations begin must submit a written request via email. Refund eligibility in such cases will depend on:

  • The amount of advance notice provided

  • The nature of the service booked

  • Any costs already incurred in preparation for the service

If approved, a partial refund may be granted, subject to administrative and operational deductions.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be granted in the following situations:

  • Cancellation after the service has started

  • No-show or failure to fulfill client-side obligations

  • Force majeure events or regulatory restrictions beyond our control

  • Storage or logistics delay caused by inaccurate or incomplete client documentation

4. Processing of Approved Refunds

Where a refund is approved, it will be processed using the same method as the original payment. Please allow up to 14 business days for the transaction to reflect, depending on your financial institution.
